The JK SOMME S-1 is a heavy duty, simple construction & totally manual operating, still standing or table top, round can seaming machine, handling the full range of sanitary sizes, with can diameters from 50 to 222 mm (200-807D) and heights between 20 to 300 mm.
Powered by a 3-phase or single phase 1 HP motor.
Lifter plate activated by foot pedal (optional: hand lever) with seaming pressure regulated by a spring.
One seaming head with two seaming rolls (1st & 2nd operation) manually activated by a hand lever.
Rotary can seaming operation.
Control panel.

EXCELLENT SEAMING QUALITY – HOMOGENEOUS SEAM
The proximity of the seaming rolls is pre-adjusted in both first
& second operation and therefore seaming quality is not affected
